Krewe Of Elvis             

   Some 10 plus  years ago, 2 friends got together and formed the  very first cyber based Mardi Gras Krewe.. The  Original Krewe Of Elvis. This  Krewe started off  small but  through the  years  grew  larger and larger and brought people from all over the world together  in the  Joy  and Love of  New Orleans and Mardi Gras! Eventually the  2 founding friends went their  seperate ways . Unfortunately, along with  splits in friends  also comes  changes. One of the  changes that occurred in 2005  was  the new  direction of the Krewe. The powers that be,  decided to move away  from the original concept of the Krewe Of Elvis. The  group simply became known as  KOE. Fortunately  the  Members of the  Original Krewe  loved  each other so much  that even a name  change  could not deter their love for Mardi Gras. Fortunately,  there  are a  few members  of the KOE who still hold true to the  Original concept and continue to dress as  Elvis  or  incorporate the Elvis  image into the theme for each year  one way or  another. 

   Today is  the beginning of a  New  Era, a New  Krewe Of Elvis!  2010 will mark the  start of a  Krewe  that  once again is for those  who Love  Mardi Gras and Love to dress as Elvis. We are not  trying to replace  any  other  Krewe or take  anyone  away  from a Krewe. We invite you to join us and  still enjoy ALL aspects of  Mardi Gras!
